Building a professional stress scale for the assistant authority Faculties of Physical Education Alexandria University

The study aims to build a scale of occupational pressures for the assisting staff in the faculties of physical education, Alexandria University, and to identify the level of occupational stress, and the differences between the professional pressures of the assisting staff in the faculties of physical education, Alexandria University (males - females).
                                                                                                            
The research sample was chosen by the intentional method, it included all teaching assistants and assistant teachers in the faculties of Physical Education for Girls and Boys - Alexandria University for the academic year (2020/2021), and they numbered (75) from the supporting body by (42) teaching assistant, (33) assistant teacher.
