Abstract

The study aims to build a scale of occupational pressures for the assisting staff in the faculties of physical education, Alexandria University, and to identify the level of occupational stress, and the differences between the professional pressures of the assisting staff in the faculties of physical education, Alexandria University (males - females).
                                                                                                            
The research sample was chosen by the intentional method, it included all teaching assistants and assistant teachers in the faculties of Physical Education for Girls and Boys - Alexandria University for the academic year (2020/2021), and they numbered (75) from the supporting body by (42) teaching assistant, (33) assistant teacher. The study from the scale of occupational stress of the assistant body in the faculties of physical education "University of Alexandria" (prepared by the researcher),
                                                                            
The results of the study revealed some of the professional pressures experienced by the assistant staff in the faculties of physical education, Alexandria University, which were represented in (job burden pressures - study pressures - work environment pressures - pressures related to capabilities - role conflict). female
