The study aims to design a motor rehabilitation program to correct the deviation of the head fall forward in children with autism, and to know its effect on the degree of deviation of the head fall forward, and the level of muscle strength of the neck. It is the appropriate approach to the nature of the research, The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from among autistic children in rehabilitation centers, who suffer from deviation (head fall forward) and whose ages ranged between (9-12) years, and their number is (20) children. The rehabilitation program showed an effective effect in improving the deviation of the head fall Forward, where the sample consisted of (15) autistic children, and after applying the rehabilitation program, the value of the difference between the mean of the pre and post measurements was (3.33) in favor of the post measurement, and the percentage of improvement in the degree of head drop deviation was (185.19%).
