Peer Review Process

  • The researcher writes a declaration that he has not previously published his research for the journal anywhere else inside Egypt - or outside it.

  • Research is subject to a preliminary examination by the editorial board to take into account the scientific method of writing scientific papers.

  • The journal editorial board distributes research to at least two specialized professors, one from within the college and the other from outside.

  • Studies and research are subject to scientific arbitration by a group of professors specialized in the field of research and studies presented (2 professors).

  • Margins are sequenced and collected at the end of the study with proof of complete data on the source when mentioned or once and the page number he returned to when referring to the source.

  • It is not permissible to re-publish any study by its owner before the lapse of one year from the date of publication without the express approval of the editorial board.

  • The researcher submits (3) three copies of the research, provided that the research meets the research CD and the scientific requirements.

  • Research may be sent to the e-mail of the journal, and printing and photocopying fees are added to the researcher.

  • The response to the researcher is to accept the research, make amendments, or reject the research within 24 days from the date of submitting the research.

  • The research may be submitted electronically on the scientific journal's website.

In the future: -

The author sends the research summary electronically on the journal's website to obtain approval for it, so that the number of words does not exceed 250-300 words, and to make sure that it is included in one of the axes of the published magazine.

  • When the abstract is accepted, the researcher is notified through a statement sent electronically from the journal's website.

  • The researcher submits the entire research electronically to the journal's website, then the name of the authors is deleted and the research is given a code in preparation for its arbitration.

  • The research is sent to arbitrators who are selected based on the focus of the research and their experience in the field. An arbitration form is attached to the research that includes the standards required for arbitration.

  • The research is judged within two months from the date of submitting the research by two arbitrators, one of which is international or regional and the other is local, and a specific answer is provided in the arbitration form: acceptance or acceptance with simple modifications or acceptance with substantial amendments or rejection.

  • The author makes the required modifications after sending the research to him and after deleting the names of the arbitrators.

  • In the case of substantial amendments to the research, the research is sent back to the arbitrators to verify the amendments.

  • In the case of simple amendments, an editorial board is formed to review and ensure that the amendments are made.

  • After making the amendments required by the author and making sure of them, the research will be published in one of the journal's issues, which is issued every three months.

  • In the event that the research is rejected by one of the arbitrators, the research is sent to a third arbitrator to decide and evaluate the research.

  • In the event that the research is rejected by the two arbitrators, the author will be notified that the research will not be accepted for publication.
