The study aims to know the actual reality of how to manage crises, among the managers of the Public Authority for Sports in Kuwait. The researcher follows the descriptive approach, the research sample has been chosen randomly, (159) from the managers of the Public Authority for Sport in Kuwait. The most important results are, the limited ability of managers to deal with the crises they face in General Sports Authority, and the lack of coordination between the employees' efforts of the General Sports Authority and the various bodies, to control crises.
