The effect of (weights and plyometric) training on the ability and effectiveness of crushing Volleyball beginner in Kuwait.

Abstract

          The study aims to identify the development of a proposed training program using external resistance exercises (weights + pelometric), studying its effect on the force characterized by speed and the development of the skill level of the crushing transmission. The researcher follows the experimental method for one group. The research sample is deliberately chosen from the volleyball beginners at Kuwaitian Kazma Club under (17) years old and they are (16) young. In addition to an exploratory sample consisting of (6) youth. The most important result is, the proposed training program using external resistance exercises (weights + pelometric) has a positive effect on the force characterized by speed, and the level of performance of the crushing transmission skill.
