The research aims to design a scale for stress management skills. The descriptive approach (survey studies method) used its steps and procedures by using the experimental design with two groups, one experimental and the other controlling pre and post measurements, for its suitability for the application of the research and its procedures. The total number of the research sample is (25) football juniors, and the researcher excluded (5) young people from outside the basic research sample. They were used as a sample for the exploratory study and thus became the basic research sample(20) juniors were divided into two equal groups, one experimental and the other controlling the strength of each of them (10) juniors, and the researcher conducted homogeneity in height, weight, chronological age and training age, the most important conclusions reached by the researcher. The visual exercises program proved effective in improving visual functions.
