The effect of comprehensive quality standards in raising the administrative efficiency of some of sports Federations' staff in Kuwait

Abstract


The research aims to identify the effect of comprehensive quality standards in raising the administrative efficiency of workers in some sports federations in the State of Kuwait. The researcher used the descriptive method by following the survey method for its suitability to the nature and conduct of this research. Basketball - Handball Federation of strength (185) in addition to (30) Administrative for the exploratory study and the most important conclusions of the research are the conclusions related to the clarity of the concept of quality management in the Federation and the objectives related to the administrators and the administrative problems for the administrators in the application of quality standards and directives of the administration towards sports and performance governance and human and material resources
