Abstract

To achieve the goal of the study, a sample of healthy people of (23) players for the race (800m) was selected from al-Qadisiyah Sports Club team, the sample was randomly divided into two groups, one experimental,13 players who applied the training program with a venous blood flow restriction (katsu) and the other officer (10 players) applied the training program only. Then the program was applied to both experimental and control research groups for (10) weeks related to the rate of (3) times per week and strongly training of (65%-85%) of the maximum intensity of the pulse rate measured by the hour of Polar and distances ranging from (50-600) b The two research groups were tested in the selected variables: skeletal muscle mass and circumference - muscle strength (right and left fist strength- strength of the two men- back strength) by dynamometer- ability- before and after the program. and the control in the search variables
