The research aims to find out what are the satisfaction sources of physical education teachers in Aswan Governorate. The Researcher has used the descriptive approach in this study. (60) Physical education teachers have been selected, who teach in different educational stages (primary - preparatory secondary) (general, technical, commercial), and from various Functional levels. A sample consisting of (40) teachers has been selected as an exploratory sample. In view of the research objectives, the results of the statistical analysis showed that the Functional satisfaction of physical education teachers in the study sample has not been achieved on the axes of the functional satisfaction questionnaire.
