The effectiveness of a compensatory exercise program to improve the deviations of the arch of the foot and the digital level of the long jump for middle school pupils in Al-Azhar.
The research aims to design a compensatory exercise program to know its effect on improving the angles of the arches of the feet .in addition to improving the digital level for the distance of the long jump and the range of motion of the ankle joints. The researcher uses the experimental method being suitable to the search goals. The researchers has divided the sample that has been deliberately chosen from the boys who have deviations in the feet (two feet - hollow feet), participating in the long jump of the preparatory stage in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in the Azhar region of Aswan for the age stage (13-15), are (19) students.They have been divided into two experimental groups, a group (flat feet) of (10) students and a group (hollow foot), of(6) students, and (3) pupils were selected as an exploratory sample. The most important conclusion of the research is that the proposed program has a positive effect on the motor range of the foot joint.
