Abstract

The current research aims to design a rehabilitative exercise program on the deviation of back curvature for middle school students in Aswan Governorate and to know its effect on the degree of back curvature and some physiological variables (vital capacity, pulse). The researcher uses the experimental approach _ the experimental design (pre-dimensional measurements) on one experimental group as it is the appropriate approach to the research goal. The research sample was chosen by the (intentional) method from among middle school students (boys) with back hunchback from the age of (13-14) years, and they are  (10) students in  Daraw Educational Administration in Aswan Governorate , He also set some conditions and criteria for selecting the sample, such as the age ranges from (13-14) years, suffering from deviations of the spine Vertebrae (increased humpback of the first and second degree), passing a medical examination by the school doctor, and practicing normal sports activity inside the school, and parents' consent to participate in the proposed program beside, That the student has only one deviation and does not have compound deviations. The researchers concluded that ,sport has an important role for pupils in moderating the body and posture deviations remedy. Students who practice various sports activities have reduced postural deviations.
