The Excessive use of electronic games among some practitioners and non-practitioners of the sport activities

Abstract

The research aims to identify the "excessive use of electronic games and its relationship to some health problems of some practitioners and non-practitioners of sports activity." Through:

Health problems (the psychological aspect - the physical aspect - the behavioral aspect) of practitioners and non-practitioners of sports activity.
The relationship between health problems (the psychological aspect - the physical aspect - the behavioral aspect) and the excessive use of electronic games

The descriptive method is used in the survey method for its suitability to the study procedures. The research samplehas been chosen by the intentional method and included (230) students. They were distributed as follows (30) students from the same research community and outside the basic sample in order to calculate the scientific transactions of the validity and reliability of the exploratory study (161) students.
Female students are the main research sample and represent practitioners and non-practitioners in sports activities (39) female students were excluded from them (20) students due to incomplete questionnaire forms, and (19) female students refused to take physical exams, so the total sample was (100) and (61) female students, and the study allocated children in the age group from 12 to 16 years old.
