The research aims to identify the effect of the using assistive devices on the level of some physical variables and the digital level of the swimming beginners of 100 crawls, and the researcher used the experimental approach with the experimental design of one experimental group, using the (pre - post) measurement .The main research sample was chosen by the deliberate method, which are (10) swimmers, and the most important result is that the proposed training program, with its content and characteristics of forming its training loads, has a positive and statistically significant effect on developing the muscular capacity of the leg muscles
