The study aims at the effect of saku training on some of the physical characteristics and skillful level of soccer goalkeepers, the rates of change between the pre and post measurements in abilities (physical - skill), The researcher has used the quasi-experimental approach,the research sample was chosen by an intentional method consists of (18), the saku trainings develop the physical and skillful traits of soccer goalkeepers (the research sample).
