The science of sports physiology is considered one of the important sciences associated with swimming, as it contributes to the legalization of training loads, during the sports season, in order to suit the ability of the individual and helps him to adapt his functional apparatus during the exercise of the sporting activity, and the role of sports science physiology in the study of functional changes resulting from the performance of a specific physical load or repetition a group of training loads, aiming at improving the functional performance level of the various body systems, which is subsequently reflected in the improvement of sports performance level (1: 459), (2: 3). khairya Al-Sukari, Muhammad Jaber Berekaa (1998 AD) pointed out that water training has multiple benefits, physically and physiologically, and its physical benefits include the development of endurance of all kinds, the development of maximum speed, the development of muscle strength, and the improvement of joint flexibility, and its physiological benefits include improving the vital capacity of the lungs, Improving the maximum oxygen consumption, raising the functional efficiency of various body systems (4:14). On the other hand, Atef Sayed Abdel Fattah (1999AD) indicates that sand training has multiple physical and physiological benefits as it works to develop the physical competence of the individual, it also improves the efficiency of the circulatory and respiratory systems and the nervous and muscular systems (5: 8).
