Abstract

Awareness and the belief in the benefits of an aqueous medium have increased, as it is now one of the most recent methods, where aqueous medium exercises act as preventive medicine and physical therapy in the face of many treatments of injuries, post-injury rehabilitation, surgery, or general fitness for health, weight loss, agility and improving the level of fitness (1: 9)
     Abdul Rahman Ragheb (2009) and Grandi Al-Fateh (1993) agree that water medium training and fitness exercises are the most recent preferred, used, and common forms of training methods, at the present time, as they do not need swimming skills. Practicing water training can find a suitable place to perform water fitness exercises. (9:11) (36:17)
     The skeleton of the human being is the basis on which the body is built and defines its shape, and it is the starting point, after which the muscles, then ligaments, and the flesh tissue are covered, then the skin. Also, it is determined according to the width and the thickness of the bones, the width of the human body, and the bone mass determines to a large extent the weight of the body as a whole because it is a large proportion The weight, mass, and size of the body depend on the composition and content of the bone, which is a living tissue in which the process of continuous change takes place by means of the ossification process as it responds to the processes of stress and muscle tension that occurs to it. (35:14).
