Abstract

Scientific research has become one of the most important factors on which the development of societies depends, in order to reach the highest levels in all fields in general, and the field of sports in particular, by identifying what God has endowed man with multiple abilities and energies
The circular strength training system is considered one of the training forms recently used in the sports field, as it is a system that combines tradition and modernity, by blending modern sciences with old training methods (Baumgartner 2004).
Scott Sonnon is the founder of this system, aiming  to develop training methods that help players to perform freely and efficiently (Seyed, H 2012)
Usama Ratib (2002) and Muhammad Ali al-Qatt (2000 CE) agree with them that 200-meter swimming requires high technical performance in addition to more muscle strength, experience, and familiarity with the water environment than other kinds of swimming, and its learning usually comes after learning two or three different distance swimming, as this is considered preparation and easy to learn. (Osama Ratib 2002 AD) (Muhammad Al-Qat 2000 AD)
And through what the researcher has noticed, in the previous studies (13), (17), (2), that some water sports trainers are interested in developing special physical requirements along with developing the skills side.
