Abstract

The advancement of the scientific and educational aspects of the training process can only be achieved through our understanding of the different sciences associated with the training process, including physiology and chemistry, which shows us the extent of responses, adaptations, and changes that training brings about in its various types (physical - skills - schematic - psychological) on functional devices For an athlete and the extent of the athlete’s response to these exercises and a successful coach is one who has the information to understand what happens within the athlete’s functional apparatus when his players perform aerobic and anaerobic exercises.   Bahaa Al-Din Salama (1994 AD) believes that relying on biological sciences and experimental studies helped to identify the different effects of physical training types on vital organs, which is one of the main areas that contributed to the development of sports training methods, as these studies aim to clarify the effect of physical performance methods on the aspects. Structural and function of the organs and systems of the body (7: A)
Abu Al-Ela Abdel Fattah, Ahmed Nasr Al-Din (1993), and Mohsen Abdel-Azim (1994) agree that the study of the physiology of sport is useful in describing and explaining the responses and physiological adaptations that helped the development of teaching and training methods for sports activities. Evidence that is used to determine a player's physical fitness levels, as the practice of sporting activities and regularity in training creates a functional change in the efficiency of the various body systems and organs.
