Abstract

Scientific development has become a feature of the age due to its rapid progress, new trends, and new ideas that affect its manner and results, which opens up many Prospects for everything, new, in the different fields of life. (65: 2)
Football is one of the games that require special abilities in performance, as well as continuous development that requires permanent spontaneity informing the training process in order to reach high levels.
Mario Jovanovic, et al. (2011) indicates that the term S.A.Q. is derived from the initial letters of Speed, Agility, and Quickness. (1285: 45
Velmurugan & Palanisamy (2012) add that sakyo is a modern training system that produces the complementary effects of many physical abilities within a single training program. (432: 2
Remco Polman, et al. (2009) indicates that Sakyo is a complete training system that aims to improve acceleration, eye-hand coordination, explosive ability, and response speed. (494: 22)
Vikram Singh, (2008) explains the difference between the transitional speed and the kinetic velocity, the transitional speed needs time to reach the maximum speed which means it must be increasing, and this is clear in sprint races in which the player needs enough time to reach from zero speed to the maximum speed, while kinetic velocity does not need this time, but it needs the maximum muscle contraction in the shortest possible time and appears in the explosive movements of some sports. While Baechle, et al. (2000) indicate that there is a similarity between the terms motion velocity and kinetic response velocity. (25:14
