The effect of aerobic exercises of physical efficiency and body mass index of women practicing swimming

Abstract

The study aims to design a training curriculum using aerobic exercises in the water medium and knowing their effect on physical efficiency and BMI. 30) years old, and their number included (20) women. The sample was chosen intentionally from among the women who practice swimming at the Aswan Sports Club.

The most important results were - there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the tribal and dimensional measurements in the physical efficiency of the research sample in favor of the post-measurement.

Within the limits of the research community and the selected sample, and in light of the objectives of the research and its hypotheses, and through the results, the researcher recommends the following: The application of aerobic exercises within the water medium because of their improvement in the level of physical efficiency of women practicing swimming, how the continuous change and the diversity of the rhythm of performance and the exercises used and performance within the framework of Collectively, during the exercises in the water medium, it gives a positive rest and provides the incentive to perform the training in harmony between work and rest, and this allows the completion of the training unit with the same strength and motivation. And the use of exercises within the water medium led to an improvement in the mood of the research sample.
