Administrative training programs and their role in developing organizational behavior among employees of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee

Abstract

This research mainly aims to identify the role of administrative training programs in developing the organizational behavior of the employees of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee, and the descriptive researcher was used The descriptive approach, and the researcher selected the research sample by the intentional method from the research community, which had a size of (45) individuals, and the size of the basic sample was (38) individuals, while the size of the exploratory sample was (7) individuals who were chosen from within the research community and outside the basic sample of the research. The most important results of the research were that the nature of the administrative training programs contributes to improving the organizational behavior of the employees of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee and works to raise the level of work motivation and enhance the feeling of reassurance about the future by raising the level of job satisfaction and improving the positive attitudes towards the importance of work. The study recommends increasing the number of training courses outside the institution inside and outside Homeland by concluding agreements with various qualified institutions and bodies in the field of training.
