Abstract

The research aimed to develop a program using parallel training for junior butterfly swimmers stage (13) years and find out its impact on special physical abilities (grip strength - leg muscle strength - back muscle strength - shoulder joint flexibility - foot joint flexibility - torso and thigh flexibility) and the digital level of junior butterfly swimmers (50 meters) stage (13) years, and the researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (22) butterfly swimmer (50 meters) were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control strength of each (11) swimmer, and research tools: Physical tests - measuring the digital level of junior butterfly swimmers (50 meters) - parallel training program, and the researcher used the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - torsion coefficient - simple correlation coefficient - test "T" - improvement rates.

Among the most important results:

1- The parallel training program has a positive statistical effect at the level of (0.05) on the special physical abilities under research for young butterfly swimmers stage (13) years.

2- The parallel training program has a positive statistically significant effect at the level of (0.05) on the digital level of junior butterfly swimmers (50 meters) stage (13) years.

3- The training program followed with the control group led to improving the digital level of the junior butterfly swimmers (50 meters) stage (13) years, while it did not lead to improving the special physical abilities under research.
