This study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among tennis referees working in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as to identify the impact of each of the variables (arbitration degree, years of experience and time age) on their job satisfaction. The descriptive approach was used to collect data, and the study sample consisted of (50 Judging by the season (2022 A.D.), they were selected by the intentional method, as they answered a questionnaire consisting of (42) statements distributed in five domains (satisfaction with the material return, satisfaction with the work content, satisfaction with co-workers, satisfaction with the honorable style, satisfaction with the career future The results indicated that the general level of job satisfaction for the rulers was medium
And that the level of job satisfaction was high in the field of satisfaction with co-workers, while it was medium in the fields of satisfaction with work content, satisfaction with the supervisory style, satisfaction with the career future, and it was low in the field of satisfaction with the financial return.
