Abstract

Abstract: The aims of research

1- Designing a rehabilitation program in aquatic environments and studying its effect on some motor Pain degree which associated with the injury.functions for people with a stiff shoulder, by identifying:

Muscle strength working on the shoulder joint.

Range of motion for the joint of injured shoulder.

2- The improvement ratios of the arm were as close as possible to the arm in all.

Research Methodology and Sample:The researcher used the experimental method (pre-post) on two groups, one experimental and the other control, each of them consisted of (8) men with shoulder stiffness whose cases did not require surgical intervention, and who attended the Department of Rheumatology, Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine at Aswan University Hospital.

Research tools: The researcher used rectameter devices to measure height and weight, a genometer to measure range of motion, a dynamometer to measure muscle strength, an optical symmetry scale to measure the degree of pain, a form for collecting personal data for the respondents designed by the researcher, a form for recording the results of measurements of the basic variables of the research designed by the researcher.

The most important search results:

1- The rehabilitation program in the water medium has a positive effect on the injured members of the experimental group in reducing the severity of pain resulting from the injury, developing the strength of the muscle groups working on the shoulder joint, and increasing the range of motion of the shoulder joint in all directions.
