Abstract

The effect of the use of visual exercises on the level of performance of the skill of passing from above in volleyball for intellectual disability, and the sample reached (20) players with a disability level of 60: 65%, and they were chosen by the intentional method, due to its suitability to the nature, objectives and hypotheses of the research in the light of the research objectives and conclusions and within the limits of the research sample. Through the implementation of a program of endurance exercises with a variety of motor paths, the researchers recommend the following:1. Paying attention to teaching, developing and developing visual exercises for people with mental disabilities in volleyball, since it is the basis for the success of correct learning in volleyball.

2. In order to raise the sports culture of volleyball coaches, when giving training doses aimed at developing physical attributes, special training should be similar to what happens inside the stadium during matches.

3. Directing male and female trainers to pay attention to the methods of training visual exercises, as they are of great importance in resolving the results of many learning for people with intellectual disabilities in volleyball.

4. Attention and development of the efficiency of education and training of people with intellectual disabilities
