Abstract

The research aims to try to identify the effect of Bulgarian bag exercises on:

Some physical abilities (muscular strength - balance - muscular ability)

• The performance level of the weighted handstand skill on the parallel machine

The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability for the application of the research and its procedures, using the experimental design with pre and post measurement for two groups, one experimental and the other control.

The research sample was chosen randomly from the students of the second year at the Faculty of Physical Education, Benha University, and the actual research sample consisted of (27) students, and (7) students were excluded from them to conduct the survey on them, so that the basic research sample consisted of (20) students, who were divided randomly into two equal groups, one experimental and the other control, each sample consisted of (10) students

The researcher found the following:

• The Bulgarian bag exercises contributed to the improvement of the physical variables (the strength of the muscles of the legs, the strength of the back muscles, the muscular ability of two legs, the muscular ability of the arms, the strength of the fist (right), the strength of the fist (left), and the static balance) of the experimental group.

• The improvement rates ranged between 4.35% for the two legs muscular capacity variable as a minimum, and 19.07% for the two arms muscular capacity variable as a maximum.
