The effect of (T-bow) training on some physical abilities and the level of motor sentence performance on the balance beam

Abstract

he research aims to identify the effect of using the T-Bo tool on some physical abilities and the level of performance of the movement of the balance beam among the students. Research hypotheses: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in some physical abilities in favor of the post measurement. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the level of performance of the motor sentence of the balance beam in favor of the post measurement. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the students of the Faculty of Physical Education, Benha University, which included (15) students in the academic year 2021/2022 AD.The researchers, within the limits of the objectives, hypotheses, and procedures of the research, presenting and discussing the results, concluded: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the experimental group in the physical abilities (flexibility, compatibility, agility, fixed balance, mobile balance) in favor of the post measurement. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the experimental group in the level of performance of the motor system of the balance beam device in favor of the post measurement. 3- There is a rate of change in the physical capabilities and the level of the motor system of the balance beam device.
