The effect of hybrid education on learning some handball skills and self-efficacy among female students of the Faculty of Physical Education, Mansoura University

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed program using the hybrid education strategy on learning some handball skills and self-efficacy among female students of the Faculty of Physical Education, Mansoura University. Female students of the second year in the Faculty of Physical Education, Mansoura University, their number is (40) students, and they were divided into two groups, one of which is a control one and the other an experimental one, each with a strength of (20) students. Self-efficacy, and the researcher concluded that the proposed program using the hybrid learning strategy, in which the e-learning method (distance) and the traditional method (face-to-face) were combined, has a positive effect on the skill variables under study (passing and receiving - bouncing the ball - shooting by jumping up - Defensive Movements - Defensive Repelling Wall) and also in raising the level of self-efficacy among female students, compared to the results of the control group.
