Abstract

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of the French variation training method on levels of muscular strength (maximum strength - strength characterized by speed), gene expression of superoxide dismutase (manganese - copper and zinc), the level of performance of the front middle raise and throwing behind the wrestling youth, the researcher used the experimental approach This is due to its suitability for the application of the research and its procedures, using the experimental design with a pre-post-measurement of two groups, one experimental and the other a control one

The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the wrestling youth at the Sohag City Youth Center, and it included (35) wrestlers, whose ages ranged between (17-20) years, and (5) wrestlers were excluded to conduct the survey on them, so that the basic research sample became (30). Wrestlers were distributed evenly randomly into two groups, one of which was experimental (15) wrestlers, and the other was control (15) wrestlers. The researcher concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the physical and skill variables under study in favor of the post measurement. The control group in the physical and skill variables under study in favor of the post measurement, and there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the control group in the biochemical variables under study.
