Requirements for implementing competitive intelligence management in swimming pools in Upper Egypt

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the requirements for the application of competitive intelligence management in swimming pools in Upper Egypt, and to achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach (survey studies) for its suitability, nature and goal of the research, and the research community included (245) individuals working in the management of swimming pools for sports bodies that participate in the activities of the Egyptian Swimming Federation - Upper Egypt branch from the governorates of (Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Sohag) season 2022/2023 AD, and their number is (11) sports bodies, and the research sample was randomly selected from the workers in the management of baths Swimming for sports bodies that participate in the activities of the Egyptian Swimming Federation - Upper Egypt branch of the governorates of (Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Sohag), and their number (102) individuals by (41.63%), and the researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect research data, and the researchers reached many conclusions, the most important of which is the availability of the planning and organization axis, which came in the first place through the responses of the sample by (71.46%), followed by the axis of data collection and analysis by (70.48%), followed by the axis of disseminating information to decision makers by (69.70%), followed by the axis of Awareness of competitive intelligence by (66.56%), followed by the axis of organizational structure by (63.84%), and the axis of satisfaction of beneficiaries came in last place by (63.77%).
