Abstract

The research aims to identify The effect of f integrative neuromuscular training on the development of the performance level of some physical variables (legs explosive power - arm explosive power - speed - agility – trunk and hip flexibility) and some skill variables (Saving with the arm and foot from standing - Saving with the arm and foot from lower corners - fast break passing) of the handball goalkeeper under (19 years) old , the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of ( 10) Handball goalkeeper under (19) years old were divided into two groups, one of them is an experimental group and the other is a control group, and among the data collection tools: physical tests - skill tests - integrative neuromuscular training program, The researcher applied the program for eight weeks at three units per week, The researcher statistically processed the data using the Wilcoxon and Man Whitney test to measure the difference between the pre- and post-measurement of the two research groups in the study variables.

The most important results:

1- Integrative neuromuscular training has a positive impact on the development of the performance level of some of the physical and skill variables under consideration for handball Handball goalkeeper under (19) years old.

2- There are statistically significant discrepancies at 0.05 between the post measurement averages of the experimental and control groups in the performance level of some physical and skill variables under consideration for handball Handball goalkeeper under (19) years old benefit experimental group.
