Organizational flexibility and its relationship to administrative creativity among employees of the Youth and Sports Directorate

Abstract

The research aims to identify organizational flexibility and its relationship to administrative creativity among employees of the Youth and Sports Directorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the "survey studies" method due to its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community is represented by employees (specialists) in the Youth and Sports Directorate and its affiliated sub-departments in Assiut Governorate, numbering (168) individuals. The research sample was selected using the random stratified method for employees in the Youth and Sports Directorate and its sub-departments in Assiut Governorate, where the basic sample of the research amounted to (90) individuals from the research community and a percentage of (53.57%), while the exploratory sample of the research amounted to (20) individuals from the research community and from outside the basic sample of the research and a percentage of (11.90%). The researcher used the questionnaire method to collect the necessary data to achieve the research objective by designing a number of questionnaire forms
