The effect of catechetical training on some physical and physiological variables and the accuracy of the smash hit of the players of the Aswan University boys' volleyball team

The research aims to identify "the effect of catechetical training on some physical and physiological variables and the accuracy of the smash hit of Aswan University volleyball team players" and the researcher used the "experimental method" with an experimental design for one experimental group with a two-measurement system (pre- and post-measurement) in order to suit the nature of the research. The research community represents the players of the Aswan University Boys' National Team for the academic year 2023 AD / 2024 AD, numbering (30) players, by selecting the basic sample for the research from among them in the intentional way, consisting of (15) fifteen players from among the research community in the intentional way, as well as selecting fifteen (15) players from the same community as a survey sample. The most important results indicate that

1- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the physical variables under investigation in favor of the post-measurements, as well as the percentage of improvement under investigation.



2- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the physiological variables under investigation in favor of the post-measurements, as well as the percentage of improvement under investigation.



3- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements of the experimental group in the accuracy of the smash under investigation in favor of the post-measurements, as well as the percentage
