Abstract

It is based on the completion of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience for research in the field of trauma and rehabilitation in the 6th of October Club , and the Jaza club. The researcher's attention was drawn to addressing the research problem, considering that the lumbar spine region is considered one of the areas where most casualties occurred as a result of bearing a greater burden. It consists in the occurrence of heavy loads and weights on it, in addition to the occurrence of movement on it more than on other parts of the spine ; Which led to the occurrence of some problems and injuries, including myofascial pain syndrome, which led to the spread of myofascial pain syndrome. Muscle fascia among the general population is at a rate of (7.3 to 12.9%), and it may affect a person at the age of 10, especially in the age group (35-60) years ,Therefore, the researcher, whether it is an analysis, or a deepening and detailing of the subject of the study that includes subjecting the program in a mechanistic way to the research, goes to a scientific experiment as one Scientific methods to study its effect on the efficiency of the sensory-motor system of the lumbar spine in patients with myofascial pain syndrome in the lumbar region .
