The effectiveness of a proposed training program using two methods: cross fit and HIIT, on developing some elements of physical fitness among young people.
The aim of the study is to identify which of the two training methods is better in influencing some elements of physical fitness for young people than the other. Achieving world records in sports depends on building a strong generation of young people through systematic training programs that begin at an early age. This includes developing basic motor skills, improving physical abilities such as strength, endurance and speed, and enhancing the technical and tactical aspects of each sport Success depends on the use of advanced training methods such as video performance analysis, biometric techniques, and specialized nutrition programs to ensure comprehensive development. Involving juniors in gradual competitive tournaments also helps them gain the experience necessary to keep pace with the global level. With the rapid acceleration in the development of sports globally, investing in juniors has become the only solution to keep pace with this development Globally, investing in young talent has become the only solution to keep pace with this development, as leading sports nations rely primarily on developing young talents and refining them according to the latest scientific methods, enabling them to compete strongly and achieve unprecedented accomplishments on the international stage
