The study aims to identify the development of standard levels for the ability to respond to movement, and to maintain balance as basis for the selection of tennis sports in Kuwait. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, the research sample was chosen by an intentional random method for the beginners of the sport of ground tennis in Kuwait, and their number (70) juniors, also (10) juniors were selected from the same complex as an exploratory sample. The most important results were ,tests that measure the speed of movement responses were determined and maintaining balance and setting standard levels for some harmonious abilities.
