The effectiveness of a recreational games program on some skillful variables' levels of football juniors

Abstract

The research aims to find out the effectiveness of a recreational games program at the level of some skill variables among the beginners of football and used the experimental approach with an experimental design for one experimental group using pre and post measurement, due to its relevance to the nature of the research. The strength of the research sample used in scientific transactions reached (15) emerging from the total research sample and outside the main sample, while the strength of the basic research sample reached (60) emerging, and homogeneity was found among the research individuals. It was concluded that the proposed recreational games program has a positive effect on some of the basic skills of participating youth in schools (8-10) football from (8-10) years in the State of Kuwait. The percentage of change ranged between the averages of the two measurements Pre and post, between 17.98% to 64.35% in favor of post-measurement in the level of basic football skills.
